Increased health & hygiene
The health and safety of our residents at The Armitage is of the utmost importance. In addition to increased cleaning and daily disinfection of the communal areas in all of our residences, our buildings have also been provided with wall mounted hand sanitisers at key touch points for the residents’ use. Furthermore, all customer contact employees are undertaking weekly Covid-19 testing.
As standard, complimentary cleaning of your apartment is provided during your stay. This is carried out by our in house team, wearing suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Guests are able to make amendments to the frequency of their attendance (increased or decreased) in line with your preferences, subject to availability & scheduling.
Before your stay
Your apartment will be professionally cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival and will have been vacant for an absolute minimum of 72 hours in accordance with WHO guidelines on the disinfection of surfaces.
24 hour support during your stay
At The Armitage, we maintain an onsite staff presence to help you during your stay. This ensures that your deliveries are accepted, any issues addressed (PPE compliant if attendance needed) and administrative queries dealt with as efficiently as possible. Outside of normal working hours, your stay will be covered by our dedicated team who are only a phone call away, to help with any concerns you may have.
